Engineering Services rates may be used when the following criteria are met:
- Contract work is deemed by SPC senior management to have minimal technical risk
- Effort requires autonomous operational management
- Effort is distinct from other SPC segments
Customer Site Rates
SPC has provided discounted rates for tasks performed at customer-furnished or customer "direct paid for" facilities and sites. In order to take advantage of these discounted rates, the contract must require the employee(s) to provide full-time customer site support for the length of the contract or delivery order. The customer must provide office space; supplies; telephone, reproduction and fax services; and computer and laboratory space and equipment as required to successfully perform the services and deliver the products.
