GSA has approved the following SPC labor categories and associated qualifications for engineering services for all seven SINs under this contract.The following SPC labor category disciplines are offered in the four PEDs and seven SINs:

1. Manager
SummaryDirects the performance of various projects that support a specific customer technology, or program. Oversees the project implementation, technology development, and resource allocations. Provides leadership and technical direction.
General Responsibilities
- Accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all contractual deliverables.
- Responsible for the quality and effective management of personnel, funds and facility allocations.
- Ensures compliance with client / agency guidance, contractual limitations, and SPC business and policy directives.
- Serves as focal point of contact with client.
- Responsible for marketing new technology and capturing follow on business opportunities.
- Provides leadership and guidance to task managers.
- Responsible for timely and effective problem resolution.
