1. Subject Matter ExpertDuties and Responsibilities: Acts as principal lead in support of the technical, business & administrative goals of a program or provides expertise in specialized areas by directing tasks or by demonstrating proven skills necessary for the successful completion of a particular project. Knowledgeable in one or more of the following areas: implementing systems, defining requirements and methodologies, performing requirements analyses, recommending and providing solutions to identified problems, formulating analyses, defining techniques and providing analytical methods, and/or conducting studies. 2. Program ManagerDuties and Responsibilities: Directs and manages a program or implements key administrative support. Develops, organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of a program, determines objectives and methodology, establishes and monitors schedules and progress, and/or provides advice, guidance, and assistance to staff for problem analysis and resolution. Responsible for project output and deliverables, project financial management, and the definition of work. Experienced in the management and direction of complex work or the performance of complex systems analysis, requirement determinations, and/or technical project tasks. 3. Senior Program AnalystDuties and Responsibilities: Provides general administrative support services or specialized technical services. Knowledgeable and competent in providing systems analysis using complex support tools, analyzing and interpreting data, preparing reports and developing results, applying research and analytical techniques and methodologies to problem solutions, performing modeling in support of planning and analysis efforts, and/or utilizing performance measurement techniques. May perform or assist in one or more of the following project activities: systems or information engineering, testing and validation, technology assessment, concept exploration, capacity analysis and planning, or systems integration. 4. Administrative Support 1Duties and Responsibilities: Supports technical, business, and administrative aspects of a program. Requires knowledge and experience in providing general support services and other support functions as assigned. Assists in and contributes to document preparation and report drafting, collects, verifies, and summarizes data, analyzes and studies requirements, assists in improving current techniques, and/or conducts research or performs experimental tasks. May perform or assist in one or more of the following project activities: systems or information engineering, testing and validation, technology assessment, concept exploration, capacity analysis and planning, or systems integration. |
